- Ad Operations input, serve, target, optimize, manage, and report on the performance and traffic of online ads;
- Assist in campaign launch, and closely monitors the ads to ensure all working properly;
- Help Increase website revenue and Monitor ad traffic on a daily basis;
- Assist in campaign launch, and closely monitors the ads to ensure all working properly;
- Manage ad trafficking, ad creation, QA, and reporting;
- Monitor campaigns throughout the lifecycle, communicating with account managers, creative agencies and vendors on issues as needed;
- Optimize campaigns, including reviewing reports and making suggestions for improved performance;
- Work closely with sales, marketing, editorial, design, and tech as well as on the creation and implementation of custom advertising solutions;
- Oversight of high impact calendar and inventory reservation and management;
- Provide pre-implementation and post-implementation support to display publishers or ad networks;
- Setup, traffic, and optimize online ad campaigns in DFP, working with advertisers and ad networks to receive assets for campaign launches;
- Communicate with few Ad Networks to help optimize their visibility, and help increase RPM and CPM revenue across our website;
Trình độ tối thiểu
- 3+ years of digital media buying experience
- Experience buying programmatic display, paid social, or PPC media
- Familiar/expert in a few, if not all, ad tech and media programs such as DoubleClick Campaign Manager (DCM), DoubleClick Search, DoubleClick Bid Manager, The Trade Desk, Google Adwords, Facebook Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, and/or Google Analytics
- Previous experience trafficking digital media campaigns, ad operations background, or solid understanding of technical digital media setups
- Ability to synthesize complex digital strategies and optimizations into digestible insights
- Ability to transform business numbers into actionable digital media strategy
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
