- Provide Vibration Analysis, In-situ Balancing, and Laser Alignment, design consultation, project management, maintenance, inspection and diagnostics services in the power generation industries.
- Extensive experience in providing services solutions on Condition Monitoring, Controls, Optimization and Diagnostics in the power generation, oil and gas, manufacturing plant, mining, paper mill, sugar mill, shipyard, industrial plant, and other related industries.
- Analysis of rotating equipment related problems using vibration data and initiate solutions to eliminate breakdown. Create route for all the rotating equipment’s as per commissioned by the clients using advance portable data collectors. (Vibration Analyzer)
- Participates in the final check-out of new installations. This includes factory and site acceptance testing that will assure adherence to functional specifications.
- Guides effort to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls and safety/security systems.
- Professionally and systematically defines designs, develops, monitors and refines an asset maintenance plan that includes: Value added preventive maintenance task
- Effective utilization of predictive and other non-destructive testing methodologies designed to identify and isolate inherent reliability problems.
- Provides technical support to production, maintenance management and technical personnel.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- License Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in preventive maintenance.
- Knowledge on vibration, alignment, balancing, ultrasound, and infrared thermography.
