- Can provide changes and edits promptly/have a fast turn around for said edits
- Proactively help evolve a creative culture that inspires and encourages innovation
- Research items, timelines, events, and people, relevant to the company and the campaign
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
- Collaborate with the team and execute any necessary changes and edits
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Experience in creating graphics for advertisements
- Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great, positive attitude – we are a highly collaborative and collegial team.
- Does not need to be overly supervised and can follow directions and instructions well
- 1 year of relevant work experience as a junior designer or as a designer in an agency or in-house creative group.
- Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to manage own time and take initiative
- Enjoys learning new things
