- Assists and resolves customer inquiries.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handles clients complaints.
- Assist with the placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.

Job Summary:
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media. Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information. Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
Job Specifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- With excellent communication skills and pleasant personality.
- Must be able to do multi-task and keen to details.
- Must be willing to work in Antipolo City or Taguig City
- No work experience required.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
