Site Acquisition Engineer  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• In charge of completing site candidate identification packages, as well as lease and zoning audits
• Manages of group of leasing/acquisition professionals to reach all company goals in a timely manner
• Responsible for researching zoning codes and regulations that might affect the development of a telecommunications site
• Creates detailed reports on viable locations for sites, as well as negotiate leases and purchase agreements with property owners
• Ensures completion of leasing packages and other documentation required by the company rules
• assists in preparing and monitoring site budgets and schedules
• uses a personal computer to communicate with business contacts and create acquisition proposals
• Coordinates with landowners during the lease negotiation process to obtain agreements to install telecommunication equipment and services as well
• Manages site leasing and acquisition agreements for the installation of telecommunications infrastructure at multiple sites
• Reports the status of projects to clients, subcontractors, and other involved parties
• Trains and supervises site acquisition employees and subcontractors working on sites
• Coordinates and monitors permit applications, regulatory reports, and construction plans for sites
• Oversees sites to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and records are kept properly

• Education : Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
• Experience : With at least 3 years’ proven experience in Telecommunications industry (site hunting and site acquisition)
• Qualifications:

    • Familiar with SAQ progress
    • Average communication skills (English)
    • Organized and has attention to detail
    • Proficient in MS Office
