Responsible for the proper working conditions of the entire hotel including lobbies and public facilities (such as lobby restrooms, the front desk, and others). Public Area Attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly and should also able to address guest requests and problems.
General Responsibilities:
- Clean public areas daily according to operational policies and standards
- Maintains a good relationship with the colleagues and contributes to team spirit
- Handles housekeeping cleaning equipment with care
- Offers all possible assistance to customers
- Reports unusual circumstances to Housekeeping Department
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Education: Vocational or other technical schools, certification, training or apprenticeship beyond high school
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Housekeeping – Public Area
- Qualifications: Firm command in procedures, high initiative, strong personal values on integrity, and able to cope with the physical demands of the job – lifting, carrying up to 30lbs and bending is involved
- Willing to be assigned in Cebu
