Performs routine duties in cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and baths and responding to guest requests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service. Room Attendant should maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all housekeeping departmental policies/service and also the hotel's procedures/standards. Additionally, maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.
General Responsibilities:
- Clean guest rooms daily according to operational policies and standards.
- Maintains a good relationship with the colleagues and contributes to team spirit
- Handles housekeeping cleaning equipment with care
- Offers all possible assistance to customers
- Reports unusual circumstances to Housekeeping Department
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Education: Vocational or other technical school, certification, training or apprenticeship beyond high school
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Housekeeping
- Qualifications: Firm command in procedures, high initiative, strong personal values on integrity, and able to cope with the physical demands of the job – lifting, carrying up to 30lbs and bending are involved.
- Willing to be assigned in Davao
