LBP Service Corporation, or LBPSC, is a private corporation duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and with the Department of Labor and Employment (under DoLE Order 18-A) engaged in providing manpower outsourcing services. LBPSC is one of the largest contract staffing services firms in the Philippines with over Php 900 Million in total assets to complement its over 9,000 (and growing) contract staff deployed to various clients nationwide. We implement a combination of traditional and new sourcing techniques from organizing and participating in job recruitment fairs to multi-media and online communications to enable us to maintain our pool of professional, technical and skilled manpower for deployment to clients as needed.
