This role will be reporting to the Head of Customer Care, you will be responsible for:
- Responsible for business-to-systems analysis and problem-solving analysis of complex management reporting and business issues. Able to work at a high functional and technical level and guide other analysts on all phases of systems analysis.
- Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements.
- Translate customer needs into system/automation functional and reporting requirements.
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires an evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Consider the impact to current and future business environments and processes, assessing the upstream & downstream effect, and cost benefits analysis of system changes or upgrades.
- Direct cross-functional meetings related to multiple business units and multiple systems to understand and address customer needs, define problems as well as appropriate solution requirements, develop specifications, analyze and document reporting requirements and cost impact analysis.
- Understand system functionality. Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to business and system processes.
- Manage multiple complex automation and Analytics projects, with shifting priorities that require the ability to work with ambiguous issues and see relationships between them.
- Evaluate project requests with internal customers to determine costs, benefits, and feasibility and determine project priorities for presentation to management for approval.
- Work closely with users, analysts, and management to deliver requirements on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Automation and Analytics projects from the analysis phase through deployment and change management.
- Responsible for management of overall reporting, forecasting, staffing & scheduling

- Dynamic, proactive, and able to work in the fast/dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a deadline-driven work environment
- Passion for the fast-moving environment, business development, and e-commerce
- Bachelor’s degree required
