Intern, Marketing  

- Analyze and give insights on the performance of current user growth initiatives and suggest points for improvement
- Assist with doing AB-testing for in-app messaging and consumer engagement mechanics, and help establish future best practices
- Coordinate with cross-function teams (categories, onsite, graphics, BI) to execute requirements or innovate on assigned projects
- Work with manager, regional, and tech to smoothly execute user growth initiatives with the best possible user experience to customers
- Be the main PIC for one project relating to user growth; deliver project updates and daily reports to the manager
- Create dashboards for current and/or upcoming projects through Lazada’s SQL-based data visualization platform
- Conduct all responsibilities in accordance with Company policies, with strong adherence to our corporate values including compliance requirements

- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and proper data structure/formatting
- Basic understanding of customer funnels
- Familiarity in reading code (SQL, HTML, javascript) preferred but not required. Basic understanding of SQL queries and data structures a big plus
- Must be comfortable dealing with complex data, numbers, and technology
- Strong project management and coordination skills to liaise with different internal teams
- Agile and open to Lazada’s fast-paced work environment
- Highly motivated and a firm believer in the role of e-commerce in shaping the future
- Must be enrolled in a degree course related to business, marketing, economics, communications, IT, or computer science
