- Follow up on leads, call potential sellers to set appointments
- Schedule meetings with potential sellers
- Present Lazada Marketplace and convince sellers to start selling on Lazada
- Negotiate contract terms and structure deals
- Work with the rest of the Marketplace team to get images and text of the sellers products online
- Work with marketing to boost sales
- Build a greater Lazada Marketplace

- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of English language
- Ability in working independent as well as team-working
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
