Technical Writer  

The Technical Writer will work closely wiht our PR and Content Head as well as with our Marketing Manager. In November, Lamudi will hold a Property Developer Awards Event where we will gather survey responses targeting 10,000 respondents across the metro. The mission of this role is to be able to write survey report that may be used for the event.

Requirements:

• Familiarize and understand the aim of conducting research.
• Carry on in depth research and study on particular topics.
• Gather and understand information.
• Compile and summarize researched information, data and statistics into reports, documents and case studies.

• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• A sharp mind with a good understanding of information and basic understanding of statistical methods and processes.
• A strong ability to read, grasp, understand, analyze, and reproduce information in a methodical and goal-oriented manner.
• Capable of studying and analyzing real estate data.
• A good understanding of industry-specific terminology.

• Has Background in research and in content/report writing

• Good to work in a 45 day contract

• English proficiency

• Can start ASAP
