Sales Manager

PropertyPRO is a real estate brokerage that aims to create transparency, build trust and promote professionalism in the buying and selling experience. We succeed by selling dream homes.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Sales Manager that will supervise our growing team of Client Relation Officers (CROs). The Sales Manager will hire, train and mentor the CROs to successfully provide a great buying experience for clients and to ultimately meet and exceed sales targets .

Sales Manager Responsibilities

  • Manage a sales team of Client Relations Officers (CROs) and provide leadership, training and coaching
  • Guide the CROs accordingly in virtual and site visits (trippings)
  • Develop sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
  • Set individual and team sales targets and KPIs
  • Work with Project Acquisition and Performance Marketing teams to identify the right projects to sell
  • Work with upper management to track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
  • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
  • Control expenses and monitor budgets

Sales Manager Qualifications

  • We are looking for an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing.
  • He/she is an excellent leader within the organization, able to build a cohesive sales team, and have a strong sense of urgency.
  • At least two (2) years of experience as a sales manager/team leader
  • Preferably with experience in field sales. Real estate experience is not necessary.
  • Preferably with previous experience in using CRM tools
  • Must be amenable to go on site visits (trippings); This means being out of office/on the field least twice a week
  • Must be amenable to working on weekends as needed
  • Preferably lives in the Southern NCR area and has own vehicle
