Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Develops / Calibrates the water and/or wastewater system masterplan for both regulated and non regulated business that includes technical, financial and regulatory viability. This also includes:
- Due Diligence, Project Identification and consultation with end users
- Consultation and alignment of programs with External planners
- Seeking MANCOM approval for proposed masterplan
- Provides Technical services to New Business Development
- Acts as a technical resource to New Business Development to get buy in of key decision makers
- Leads cross-functional team from the master plan development, project initiation, project approval of all projects in the master plan and make sure programs of projects are successfully implemented
- Conducts quarterly CAPEX program review, develop catch up programs to ensure attainment of pillar objectives. Ensures CAPEX documentation are regulatory ready.
- Leads cross-functional team in the development of internal feasibility studies, reference design and Optimization/Maximization programs of existing water/wastewater system to ensure service commitment delivery
- Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
- Willing to be assigned in the South Luzon/ Laguna Area
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- With at least 7-year experience in water resources development and management
- Knowledge in technical writing, CAPEX program development, GIS
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- 1 Full-Time position available.
