- Responsible for overseeing the implementation of an effective program to acquire, retain, develop and motivate employees. This includes recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, employee relations and other human resource related services.
- Oversee and supervise the activities of the Human Resources Department and its staff to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of their given tasks for the attainment of the departmental as well as the corporate objectives.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Preferably graduate of BS Psychology, Management or any Business related course;
- Computer literate;
- Good leadership skills;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Must be patient and reliable;
- Organized and systematic;
- With excellent interpersonal skills;
- Can work efficiently with minimum supervision;
- Can start ASAP.
