Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Assist in administrative tasks within the farms;
- Handles all employee records in the office;
- Tracks in/out and usage of medicine;
- Coordinates with the main office in regards to the ordering/receiving of farm supplies & equipment;
- Collates DTR 5 days before payday and submits them to the main office/Emails Biometric records to HR on agreed schedule;
- Does the necessary leg work for the farms administrative side i.e employee benefits, social security and bank deposits;
- Acts as a cashier for all sales transaction in the farm;
- Counts and deposits cash sales to the bank on a daily basis;
- May be ask to attend barangay meetings on behalf of the Farm chief/General manager as needed.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Management, Commerce and Liberal Arts)
- At least 1 year relevant experience
- The capability to work with numerical information, plus analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels
- Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
- An ability to stay calm and tactful under pressure
- Accuracy and good attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use MS Office, email and internet
- Detail oriented and organized
- Individual must be hard-working
- Must be willing to be assigned anywhere in Luzon
