TRAINING WILL START ON MAY 2020
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and create learning opportunities for Instructors and Center assistants, including the following activities:
- Creating with teammates the instructional story line based on the company’s annual direction
- Conducting research through Center visits and consultations with Instructors
- Providing assistance to field staff in researching, preparing materials for and conducting learning opportunities
- Prepare and administer Instructors’ and completers’ tests
- Assist in coordination of voluntary study groups or mentoring groups and/or monitor instructor meetings related to Kumon Math Instruction.
- Consult with Area Development Managers to schedule center visits and sharpening observation skills and knowledge on study situation of Kumon students
- Assist instructors, staff and assistants regarding worksheet content and instruction concerns
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s Degree holder of any course (having a major in Mathematics is an advantage)
- Has interest in research, writing, and creation of training and seminar materials
- High proficiency in Math
- Can demonstrate a positive and proactive ability in a wide range of activities
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to work in a team and at the same time, work on own initiative without supervision
- Able to travel extensively locally/regionally
- Computer literate in a variety of packages including Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and other video editing software
