- Able to create brand value/brand proposition for short as well as long term
- Master in developing brand strategy, planning all brand communications and media actions on all channels
- Creating and managing promotional collateral materials also supervising communication development
- Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
- Competitor and customer insights analysis
- Assisting new product/features launches as well as developing new business opportunities
- Define key performance indicators for each communications channel that will indicate a campaign's level of success
- Determine strategic marketing & communications campaigns that will help further organizational goals
- Oversee the creation of marketing and communications collateral to ensure that it is consistent with brand objective also represent the organization at campaigns, events, and release
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Bachelor's Degree S1
- Experienced in creating growth for app download
- Experienced in making app users active
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
