Partnership and Community Analyst (Bentara Budaya)  

Bentara Budaya (meaning: Utusan Budaya) is Kompas Gramedia's cultural organization. As "utusan budaya", Bentara Budaya gathers and showcases various, diverse cultural artifacts across nations: cultural artefacts treated as part of a distinct cultural tradition, past pop-cultural artefacts, or newer work of arts that haven't found their place to belong. Bentara Budaya, the meeting place between past and currently growing aspirations.

To aid the mission, the Partnership & Community Analyst is tasked to:

• Expand and maintain strategic partnership with Bentara Budaya stakeholders (artist, art community, and other art-related organization)

• Collect and analyzes data related to Bentara Budaya social media campaigns

• Build social media strategy through competitive research and audience identification

• Design strategic partnership plan for Bentara Budaya stakeholders. This may include designing proposals to gain sponsorship from other organizations

• Recommends creative concept for Bentara Budaya events/branding

• Represent Bentara Budaya in partnership/public events

• Bachelor degree in Marketing Communication, Branding, or other related fields are welcomed to apply

• Experience in developing and managing partnerships with stakeholders and partners

• Hands-on experience with social media platforms and analytic tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Able to work independently as well as part of the team.

• Able to connect with a range of internal and external stakeholders with various characteristics.
