Business Development Analyst Intern (Growth Center)  

Growth Center is Corporate Human Resources Kompas Gramedia's effort to extend its expertise and impact to a wider audience, not limited to its own Kompas Gramedia home base. Growth Center specializes itself in people assessment, online learning courses, and other people-related solutions.

Working with the existing Project Officers, the Business Development Intern's responsibilities are:

• Conducting market research;
• Developing company's business development plan;
• Conducting product research from various angles (company, competitor, and market positioning);
• Working with the Project Management team in data analysis for business pitching process planning.

• Final year or university fresh graduate (specialization in Strategic Management would be an advantage);
• Passionate in talent and business organizational field;
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Business research skills;
• Good English and Indonesian communication skills (written and spoken);
• Project management and problem solving skills.
