Performance Marketing - GDN  

Gramedia Digital Nusantara is a subsidiary of Kompas Gramedia Group, we are a unique bunch working on the digital transformation within KG and beyond.

• Plan and own overall digital performance marketing strategy (including but not limited to affiliate, SEM, social paid, GDN, programmatic, SEO and etc) and be responsible for all performance marketing KPIs.
• Proposing and managing Marketing budgets to be spent monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Strategize, manage, execute and optimize in all respects of performance marketing campaigns
• Responsible for quality traffic growth through comprehensive channel optimization approaches.
• Work on a budget to reach maximum KPI keeping the CAC at the optimum level
• Creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage consumers the most.
• Plan and create a small-scale A-B test campaign to optimize campaign and creative performance better.

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in any related field with a strong quantitative background.
• Proven working experience in performance marketing (Min 2 years), extensive experiences in managing in-house digital performance marketing at technology company (such as e-commerce, online-travel, mobile-gaming, etc) is preferable.
• Familiar with Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
• Experience in setting up platform integration (for mobile app and website) with third parties (ex-Google, Facebook, Sizmek, Appsflyer) for campaign set-up and tracking purposes
• Highly proficient in using digital ads platform such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
