Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Provide analysis and recommendations as the program evolves and can be reviewed
- Research and administer social media tools on a daily basis in support of clients’ social media strategy
- Monitor and evaluate social media results on a daily basis in coordination with client goals and benchmarks
- Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
- Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals
- Keep pace with social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments
- Analyse user engagement (e.g. click-through and bounce rates)
- Report on web traffic from all social media
- Identify habits of our online customers and suggest ways to reach a broader audience
- Research how emerging social networks and features can benefit our company
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimum 2 years of working in agency (digital agency is a plus)
- Knowledge of social media, web analytics, research experience of current standards in digital and interactive marketing reporting, including trends and best practices
- Ability to analyse and synthesize complex data elements; ability to problem-solve and think strategically
- Ability to analyse data from different sources: Google Analytics, Facebook Ads and Google Ads
- The ability to explain technical complexities to non-technical colleagues is a plus
- Ability to drive consistently high-quality work under tight timeframes
- Knowledge of statistical modelling techniques, segmentation, research, lifetime value, ROI
