Brand Partnership  

Gramedia Digital Nusantara is a subsidiary of Kompas Gramedia Group, we are a unique bunch working on the digital transformation within KG and beyond.

We are looking for a Brand Partnership to join our awesome marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage overall Brand Strategic Partnership initiatives with commercial partners to supports all GDN's Brands.
• Develop and execute an effective Business Development growth strategy, as measured by sales growth with existing Brand.
• Develop an annual partnership program with the participating Brand to drive sales growth back into the business and increase customer engagement in the program.
• Develop annual partnership promotional with third-party services to drive sales growth back into the business.
• Perform Operational preparation and implementation including legal aspect such as NDA, MoU & Agreement.
• Perform commercial GTM : Project Manager role to support and coordinate with Business Unit & other supporting functions (Marketing, Tech, Legal, etc) for the concept & business model and execution.
• Negotiate actively to support partner selection or deal.
• Work with related parties in Brand, Marketing and Sales to conduct regular reviews of competing for loyalty programs and keep up to date with emerging trends in the digital and e-commerce space.

• Bachelor degree from any discipline .
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Business/Services, Business Development, and Brand Partnership.
• Knowledgeable in E-Commerce, Business Development, Consumer Finance, Consumer Electronics, Mobile Phone and Retail Market.
• Proven results attaining sales goals, including solid prospecting skills and a track record of developing new accounts and growing sales with existing commercial partners
• Proven experience in Brand Partnership and Business Development.
