1. Pendidikan min. S1 jurusan DKV
2. Memiliki referensi disain yang luas
3. Berpikiran terbuka dan memiliki rasa ingin tahu yang tinggi
4. Memiliki pergaulan luas
5. Mampu bekerjasama dalam tim dan bekerja dengan tenggat waktu
