Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Handling wide range of legal related matters ranging from drafting to reviewing Regulation, Agreement, Contract, MoU that are related to company, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Assist to provide legal advice, guidance or analysis on all kinds of legal matters related to the business process.
- Provide legal opinion or analysis regarding any legal issue that happens in Kompas Gramedia.
- Assist to ensure existing regulations are comply with all applicable laws and regulation.
- Responsible for doing research and providing data, information, and other supporting documents regarding Law and Regulation to Kompas Gramedia.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Law, preferably in Corporate Law from reputable university.
- Having at least 3 years working experience in legal-related work, preferably in law firms.
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Business Law/ Legal Services or equivalent.
- Proven working experience in a business merger & acquisition field especially due diligence.
- Proven working experience with foreign investors or working in multinational company.
- Having knowledge about Intellectual Property Rights (IPR/ HAKI)
- Good understanding about Tax such as income tax & VAT also witholding tax.
- Good understanding in Financial Statement, including balance sheet, profit & loss.
- Proficient in English both oral and written
- Detail-oriented, fast-paced, flexible, and a good team player
- Strong negotiation skills
