- Defining the Growth plan for the company, including the necessary metrics, analytic tools, data presentation and marketing channel.
- Research for user behavior, expectation, market perception, and competitor product through scientific experimentation and data crunching.
- Providing excellent campaign execution to ensure growth.
- Prioritizing growth initiatives and product creation on financial and tech basis.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Having experience in cross functional teams including Engineering, Product, Marketing, Business Development, Analytics, Design and User Experience.
- Expert in most common acquisition channel through digital and offline, including BTL and ATL.
- Able to conceptualize and present the ideas to each stakeholder clearly.
- Experience in fast paced startup environment.
- Having a basic understanding of common financial product such as banks, insurance, reksadana, stocks, etc.
- Has excellent design instinct for UI and UX.
