- Prepare and execute IB Project
- Closing & reporting IB Project
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or similar field
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an investment banker.
- In-depth knowledge of deal structuring, regulations, and closing principals.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Good knowledge and relation with SRO and regulation
- WPEE License is a must.
