HR Specialist  

The HR specialist will spearhead the succession planning of the group of companies and identify key positions under the succession planning and create the competence and behavioral requirement for each key position in collaboration with the line managers.

Must be familiar with using 9-box analysis or any other related tools in assessing employee's competence level. He/She will create training and development program for each key position, and lead in the talent acquisition for the said key position as needed.

• Candidate must be a graduate of BS Human Resources, Psychology, Management or any related course.
• At least 8 years and up experience in the same position
• With a background in talent acquisition, organizational and training development, and succession planning and all facet is preferred;
• Knowledgeable in utilizing the social network for HR purposes;
• Good communications skills, detailed oriented, systematic and organized;
• From the advertising industry is an advantage but not required.
