Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Check attendance, overtime and official business forms submitted by employees.
- Maintain and updates Employees Database and Masterlist.
- Monitors expiry date of contractual / probationary employees.
- Prepare reports for submission to government agencies of newly hired employees and update report from time to time.
- Responsible for updating of 201 files.
- Receive, screen and connect all calls to the concerned person/department.
- Entertain visitors, collectors and deliveries and refer them to person concerned.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- With at least two (2) years related experience
- Familiar in all facets of human resources and admin functions
- Competence in windows applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, internet surfing for online ads
- With pleasing personality
- Trustworthy and dependable
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Pro-active, multi-skilled
