Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically.
- Working cycle: Monday to Friday, usual time: 9am - 6pm except on-call support (scheduled by Team Lead).
- Pasig City Based.
- Technical Troubleshooting (I.T Hardware, Software, Networking), Has Basic Networking skills
- Can do support as In-house I.T & Familiar with different Operating System
- Willing to do onsite support during weekends.
- At least familiar with different Mobile (Android, IOS) and Operating System (Windows and MAC OS) platforms.
- Internet Savvy, Customer/client Oriented & Willing to be trained
- Can also do administrative works (Presentations, Reports and outside I.T related works)
- Open to new trends of self and team improvements.
- Can work in a team and report to team lead/supervisor/manager.
- Receive/Handle calls/issues via phone, chat or email other mediums.
- Willing to learn and study with minimal supervision.

- Has high level competence in one or more technologies
- With excellent oral and written English communication skills
