- Must understand the project's benefits and advantages and should prepare strategies to execute sales
- Must achieve good sales production and hit the quota set monthly, quarterly and annually
- Find out prospective customers/clients and new target segment and penetrate sales in that area.
- Takes advantage in all opportunities to promote the product.
- Complete understanding about the project and find out how to market all properties of the Company

Candidate must possess at least a College Degree; Property Development, Business Management, Marketing or equivalent

If undergraduate: at least with 81 units of credits and 1 year working experience in Sales
