Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- You'll report to a project manager in Lingayen, mostly
- You'll be involved in real estate development projects
- Projects will deal with residential units and products, but also commercial as well as "mixed-use" project developments as well
- Work-related expenses, such as data for your cell phone and transportation (Uber / Grab / gas bills) will be reimburesed within reason (don't abuse)
- You'll report actively via Asana, Slack
Trình độ tối thiểu
- College / university degree is a firm-requirement
- Experience with Asana, Slack, and Squarespace a huge plus
- You'll be reporting to a project manager whose projects are in Pangasinan, so we're prioritizing those that live in Lingayen or close to Lingayen
- You should be fairly tech savvy— more so than the average smart phone user
- You should be a superior communicator (written; electronic; voice and in person)
- During interviews, we test for organizational skills and problem solving approaches
