Construction Manager  

OPERATION

• Develops detailed project plans
• Defines the project organization charts, staffing and personnel roles
• Prepare Project ID, Data Sheet, and Budget Estimate
• Coordinate and get regular updates from Project-In-Charge
• Consolidates all site requests and ensures effective technical coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Monitor target dates of deliverables
• Ensures all projects/activities are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Conducts site visit
• Facilitate evaluation of site personnel
• Provide recommendation from site personnel’s evaluation
• Responsible in making technical decisions for the project
• Report and escalate to management all site issues and concerns
• Manage daily reporting of site activities and updates to the President

DOCUMENTATION

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Create appropriate tools, systems and techniques in measuring project performance
• Update documentations as the project progresses
• Supervises the initiation and maintenance of project files in all sites
• Prepare contracts and ensure compliance of both parties
• Conducts audit of project site’s documentation and filing system

• Must have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Must be a licensed Civil Engineer.
• At least 4-6 years of work experience in project management
