Marketing Manager (Valenzuela)  

Helps the organization to build and uplift the brand’s presence in the market by analyzing and working on pertinent information and materials, proper benchmarking against competitors and coordinating with individuals to maintain/achieve the brand direction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

General Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates relevant marketing-related tasks as per direction by the President
• Conducts market price check for competitor products and relays reports gathered to the President
• Reviews and advises for editing of POP materials, advertising layouts, and box artwork; coordinates with concerned artist or agency for needed revisions
• Analyzes sales and price check reports and forwards relevant observations and recommendations to the President
• Coordinates with Sales Officers for their marketing-related needs/concerns
• Coordinates with Quality Assurance Manager and Purchasing Assistant for details, technical information, and other concerns regarding existing and new products
• Keeps and updates price grid of dealers for monitoring and benchmarking purposes
• Recommends for improvements in product displays and other merchandising-related matters and relays them to concerned personnel
• Coordinates with suppliers and/or Purchasing Assistant in providing the needed marketing collaterals, racks, modules, or other related materials for display or promotional purposes
• Recommends and executes ideas on how to create or strengthen brand awareness through traditional or digital media; coordinates with exisiting/potential partners for marketing initiatives
• Conducts store visits and notes on market observations and improvements to be made
• Coordinates with web developer for maintenance and updating of company website
• Communicates with Sales Coordinators for relevant information needed from promodisers and reports being submitted
• Oversees and delegates tasks to the Marketing Assistant on details relevant to the day-to-day and general objectives of the department

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Management
• Minimum of 5 years experience in related fields of work
• Must be CREATIVE, keen with details, organized
• Ability to LEAD is a must to coordinate with people atdifferent levels of the organization and outside
• ACTION-ORIENTED individual NO nonsense
• Must be willing to do fieldwork within or outside Metro Manila
• With good people and communication skills (oral and written)
• Analytical skills and ability to spot market trends
• Living in QC , NOVALICHES, MALABON orVALENZUELA area will be an advantage
