Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Ensuring monthly sales targets, new account targets and key product targets are achieved
- Formulate sales strategies and develop specification selling plans to achieve Company’s business objectives in all business segments in coordination with the Brand Principals.
- Source for new customer as well as to maintain current customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Performs analysis on business development programs and provides recommendation for adjustments on strategies and tactics to increase effectiveness
- Creates regular sales report, updates, analysis and other reports needed by the Managing Director
- Conduct presentations to clients and end-users and issue project quotes
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Collaborate with direct sales team to identify and grow opportunities
- Collaborate with buying and marketing team for better sales opportunities and brand representation
- Manages performance and productivity of sales team
- Other ad hoc tasks given by the Managing Director
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of any Bachelor's degree
- Must have at least 5 years management experience and 10 years of sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to analyze account specific needs to develop and implement a strategic plan and to grow business
- Has the ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Must be highly motivated and results oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team environment with ability to easily adapt to change, consistently meet deadlines and excellent follow through
- Strong PC skills/aptitude and intermediate proficiency in MS Office programs
- Shows integrity and self-sufficient
- Has the ability to coach and mentor his/her staff
