Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

  • Ensuring monthly sales targets, new account targets and key product targets are achieved
  • Formulate sales strategies and develop specification selling plans to achieve Company’s business objectives in all business segments in coordination with the Brand Principals.
  • Source for new customer as well as to maintain current customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Performs analysis on business development programs and provides recommendation for adjustments on strategies and tactics to increase effectiveness
  • Creates regular sales report, updates, analysis and other reports needed by the Managing Director
  • Conduct presentations to clients and end-users and issue project quotes
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Collaborate with direct sales team to identify and grow opportunities
  • Collaborate with buying and marketing team for better sales opportunities and brand representation
  • Manages performance and productivity of sales team
  • Other ad hoc tasks given by the Managing Director

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • A graduate of any Bachelor's degree
  • Must have at least 5 years management experience and 10 years of sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze account specific needs to develop and implement a strategic plan and to grow business
  • Has the ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Must be highly motivated and results oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team environment with ability to easily adapt to change, consistently meet deadlines and excellent follow through
  • Strong PC skills/aptitude and intermediate proficiency in MS Office programs
  • Shows integrity and self-sufficient
  • Has the ability to coach and mentor his/her staff
