Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Handles the construction and coordination of new stores, projects, store repairs and renovations
- Provides regular reports to management regarding progress of projects
- Prepare and negotiate cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables
- Select appropriate construction methods and strategies
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists
- Instruct and supervise construction personnel and activities onsite
- Respond to work delays and other problems and emergencies
- Select, hire, and instruct laborers and subcontractors
- Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations
- Develop and implement quality control programs
- Oversees & managers the purchasing team in requisition of supplies and materials needed by the company
- Oversees performance of the Property Management Team
- And other tasks and duties that may be delegated by the management
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of Engineering or any engineering related course, licensure is an advantage
- With at least 4-5 years of work experience in the retail and/or restaurant construction
- With at least 2 years management experience
- Experience in construction management -from sourcing, costing, dealing with contractors and building turn-over is a must
- Experience in maintenance and safety is an advantage
- Keen attention to details and has the capacity to handle pressure
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and project management
- Customer-driven and has strong leadership skills
- Knowledgeable in MS office, especially in MS Word and MS Excel
