Responsibilities
● Lead generation
● Generate new sales opportunities, develop and maintain to ensure business continuity.
● Maintain and grow business relationship with existing customers.
● Provide accurate forecasts and sales plans.
● Meet or exceed the sales and profit goal established by the company.
● Lead all aspects of the sales process from prospecting a customer to closing a deal.
● Communicate project progress and related issues to the client, contractors and within the team
● Proactively manages customer's satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating potential problem and monitoring satisfaction.
● Communicate product performance, market trends and business information that will help in management decisions.
● Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure fulfillment of customer's requirements.
● Creating reports/ updates to the management/business development regarding the existing/ongoing projects.
● Support the immediate head in preparing presentations, developing project proposals, project planning, documentation and project start
● Generate revenue while maintaining the contribution margin.
● Promote the services by conceptualizing and strategizing sales & marketing initiatives.
● Implementation of the sales & marketing initiatives.
● Development of business plans for both existing and new products/services
● Complement the company’s sales and marketing strategies, practices and procedures with one’s own knowledge, skills and expertise that are not contrary thereto nor to existing laws.
● Management of the administrative requirements and other related requirements of the different available sales & marketing channels in order to ensure a smooth and efficient channel implementation.
● Management of the preparation, release, follow-up and/or monitor both released and received proposals
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 2+ Years Work experience
- Excellent selling skills
- High preference for background in FMCG/Printing industry
- Dynamic, flexible, creative & independent
- Fast learner, self motivated, result-driven
- Good prospecting, presentation & negotiating skills
