- Responsible for coordinating sales of commercial space and the delivery of all real estate transactions of KMC Savills
- Act as the trusted adviser to the client and will proactively develop strategies to ensure sales and maintain excellent relations.
- Establish a consistent excellent customer service offering and utilize technology to drive efficiencies and innovation
- Deliver a differentiated and superior service offering to the client, such as but not limited to the following:
- Client Relations/Tenant Representation
- Business Development
- Sales/Account Management
- Contract administration and documentation
- Other tasks to be assigned from time to time
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 1 year of work experience in related field/work
- If fresh grad – with exceptional skills and personality
- Knowledgeable in Sales
- Good interpersonal skills
- Adaptable and resourceful
- Hard working
- Highly driven
- Trainable
- Can work independently and/or as part of a team
