MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicates and coordinates with clients regarding pricing, technical data and product offering.
- Conducts product presentations and seminars.
- Provides at least eight (8) quality sales calls per day.
- Handles and resolves customer complains.
- Identifies potential growth areas, exploring new market segment submit at least 10 quotations per month.
- Manages account receivable in accordance to terms & conditions stipulated in the project contract.
- Prepares and submits daily, weekly and monthly sales reports such as but not limited to sales output, account coverage, sales projection per area and other relevant market Information for district sales operation.
- Attends to and participates on sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows.
- Responsible for creating customer sales program.
- Should maintain at least a sales performance of 80%.
- Suggests and recommends necessary constructive measures ensuring market leadership.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Engineering (Mechanical), Commerce or equivalent.

At least 2 year(s) of selling experience in construction industry with previous handling of developes and contractors.
