We are looking for an Inside Sales Supervisor to join the Kalibrr Solutions team in Makati to manage, develop, collaborate, and supervise the Inside Sales team by tracking and execution of the daily and weekly sales programs that identify and drive new acquisition of customers.

The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, highly-enthusiastic, professional and results-driven. The Inside Sales Supervisor will work in conjunction with the Assistant of Manager Sales Operations and the Head of Country Sales.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist in the day-to-day operation and planning of the Inside Sales organization in coordination with the Assistant of Manager Sales Operations and the Head of Country Sales.
  • Manage and direct the overall performance of the team while ensuring the inside sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads and prospects
  • Assist with the sales organization’s efforts in lead qualification with any needed operational support
  • Monitor and report on Inside Sales metrics
  • Supervise and motivate the Inside Sales team to ensure the consistent achievement of sales quotas
  • Create a productive and positive synergy within the department ensuring the team members are performing up to department standards and support the personal and professional development of employees
  • Supervise and ensure Inside Sales team is compliant with CRM standards
  • Handle all inbound inquiries from inbound channels and assist in the global lead distribution management.
  • Monitor Department telephone metrics and report weekly.
  • Supervise inbound lead response and ensure 5 Minute Response Time
  • Improve efficiency of lead qualification processes
  • Assist management in deal negotiations, contract development, due diligence and other business development projects
  • Work closely with internal team to deliver “world class” business services with high level of customer satisfaction
  • Contribute as an active participant in the Kalibrr company management team to help set company direction and strategy

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • Four-year BA/BS degree
  • 2-3 years experience in direct sales and business development, preferably in B2B environment
  • Strong analytical, planning, and forecasting skills; Experience making data-driven recommendations and decisions.
  • Ability to set sales vision, understand and define requirements, design practical solutions, and creatively support business cases for clients
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills; able to articulate a vision, strategy or idea clearly and concisely
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a “get things done” attitude
  • Experience in sales for technical, cloud, infrastructure products a plus
  • Knowledge of sales principles and best practices in freemium, SaaS, inside sales, B2B environments is a plus
