Talent Fulfillment

• Qualify & assess client recruitment needs
• Assist in external recruitment by sourcing, short-listing and interviewing candidates
• Manage Kalibrr Talent Search accounts on the platform by maintaining great candidate experience and employer brand

Documentation

• Assist manager in creating requisition performance reports, dashboards, and data management to come up with new strategies and opportunities particularly with recruitment

Client and Project Management

• Collaborate with the clients in solving talent gaps to achieve success in hiring
• Manage and coordinate with clients for progress and improvement of different hiring requisitions.

• Graduate of Psychology, Management, Communications Technology, or any management related course
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem solving skills
• Strong project management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment
• Open to fresh graduates
