Who We Are

Headquartered in Makati, Philippines, the Kalibrr Creatives team leads the organization-wide production and distribution of compelling and resonant content driving the Kalibrr brand and its products. Kalibrr is currently looking for an Associate and Sr. Associate Graphic Designer.

As part of the Global Marketing team, it also functions as Kalibrr’s official in-house agency servicing any and all creative requests from Kalibrr employees across all its markets, with a primary focus on the Philippines.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating eyecatching and relevant content to support Kalibrr’s vision of transforming the way jobseekers find meaningful careers and companies hire the best talent.

Branding and Design

• Lead graphic design initiatives for Kalibrr and its clients, from conceptualization, ideation to execution and tracking
• Advise and educate the team on best practices for creating marketing assets for both digital and offline campaigns
• Develop and maintain a strong visual identity for Kalibrr across digital and offline channels
• Ensure that the Kalibrr brand is maintained in all design outputs for Kalibrr
• Ensure quality and consistency of all internal and external collaterals within Kalibrr
• Support creative vision and oversight of all output for Kalibrr clients
• Highly interested in learning digital content planning and social media marketing

• Displays a high level of creativity in multimedia design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience in taking a lesser-known brand to national or regional prominence
• Has the initiative and drive to contribute to a growing organization
• Experience in working with an advertising agency or marketing teams highly preferred
• Experience in 3D illustrations and/or UI/UX design is preferred
