Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Work directly with the senior management team to set the technical vision and roadmap of the company
- Lead, manage, and scale the tech and product teams; develop and train talent to ensure optimal team performance
- Translate the product vision into features and roadmaps for the product team; support the Product team on a technical and design
- Plan the technology stack
- Work with cross functional teams to shape and manage app and web design strategy from wireframes to publishing
- Ensure scalability, security and stability of the platforms
- Direct and lead your team in the right direction, but when it is necessary, you can perform tasks yourself (programming, provide IT solutions and more)
- Oversee and maintain the application architecture
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Management experience at technical companies and/or startups
- Record of success in technology leadership
- Deep and repeated experience building, launching, and enhancing highly scalable web and mobile applications
- Ability to plan, execute, and deliver a product roadmap on time; success in translating ideas into functionality
- Proven track record of managing a team of developers
- Strong QA/ testing background
- Comfortable communicating to both technical and non-technical teammates
- Excellent understanding of JavaScript (ES6)
- Solid experience with Node.js, advanced REST API Standards, React JS, Express JS Framework, and Geographic API Technologies
- Strong experience in creating and managing large database building
- Experience in full stack development of highly scalable mobile applications
- Strong experience with AWS, and MySQL, and Microsoft Azure
