Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Develop new business development plans in-line with KPI’s to ensure they can be met and bettered
- To develop and grow the defined target customer base in the defined territory
- Meet and manage sales targets set by the business as part of the Business Development Management role and approved by the business;
- Implement creative sales strategies to grow the business in line with sales targets
- Develop and follow through new sales opportunities to grow existing client revenue where applicable
- Develop new initiatives and pursue new opportunities for the products and services and provide feedback to the local General Manager and Marketing Team where new products and solutions would be applicable
- Provide seamless customer support functions to existing customers where required and develop the relationship to further up-sell products and solutions in-line with the defined product set.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Strong selling background
- Holds a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship, Marketing or Business Administration
- Candidate must have at least 5 years of relevant Managerial Experience
- Have excellent client facing and negotiation skills and be highly motivated with good networking skills
- Ability to strategically develop sales plans to meet individual and company growth expectations
- Planning and Business Development management skills
- Project management skills to assist the Service Delivery team in delivering won business
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to be able to approach prospects on their own terms
- Problem-solving and resolution capabilities to creatively develop solutions and proposals
- Understanding of business processes as it relates to the supply chain
