Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Responsible for conducting various sales activities such as prospecting and managing corporate accounts, developing sales leads, building client relationships, closing new business opportunities and achieving or exceeding assigned sales quota;
- Monitor performance of Sales team and provide coaching on sales strategies (e.g. understanding key customers’ needs and requirements, business proposals, product presentations, etc)
- Set up yearly Sales/Marketing promotions and budget, closely monitor the progress and provide remedial action/campaigns as necessary Evaluate assigned account’s business processes and provide recommendations and enhancement to generate additional revenue; Prepare various reports surrounding the metrics of sales; and
- All other duties as assigned or required.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in IT Sales with proven track record of success
- Must have a “Hunter” mentality in seeking out new business accounts and at the same time is comfortable with handling corporate accounts
- Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, highly confident, aggressive and self-oriented
- Ability to lead, a team player, ambitious and persistent
- Able and willing to work flexible hours.
