  • Responsible for the implementation of business development initiatives and management of new business accounts.
  • Research and identifies potential merchant partners and clients and decision-makers within merchant and client organization for additional increase business opportunities.
  • Set up meetings and builds profitable business relationships with merchant partners and clients for continued robust opportunities.
  • Actively participates to preparing strategic plans and works closely with internal partners to bring agreed plans with merchant partners and clients to fruition.
  • Handles smartly merchants and clients to clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working differences to positive project conclusions.
  • Presents to and consults with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new merchants, clients, services, and products.
  • Identifies opportunities for campaigns and programs that will lead to an increase in sales performance and brand awareness.
  • Use market knowledge and competition, identify opportunities, differentiation and develop activities that will drive AEON sales and business opportunities.
  • Work with Administrative Officers and ensure that prerequisites and due diligence for business development documentation are fulfilled within the timely manager.

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Must have 2-year experience as Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Business Development or equivalent in a Banking or Financing Industry.
  • Knows how to write business correspondences with strong analytical and logical skills
  • With extensive experience in negotiations, documentations, and business support planning
  • Willing to do field-work
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
