Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
The Operations Supervisor directly reports to the Operations Head on a day-to-day operations of the assigned car parks’ functions and duties. The Operations Supervisor carries out responsibilities in all of the following functional areas: Commercial / Property Operations, Customer Service and Demonstrate leadership in Staff Management and Developmentt.
Commercial / Property Operations:
- Demonstrates leadership and direction by setting clear goals and expectations at each site by developing and/or revising local operating procedures and monitor performance.
- Maintains strict adherence to corporate objectives in the quality standards for car park presentation.
- Monitors car park daily and monthly targets and initiate remedial action if targets are not being met.
- Prepares and recommends quarterly plans for cost reduction initiatives by car park.
- Assists and analyzes on new business development while maintaining existing marketing tools.
- Monitors adherence to all financial transaction policies and procedures (including cash handling, and monitoring of monthly parkers payment).
- Responds to and implement recommendations made by internal auditor.
- Provides operational support to all sites during normal business hours and after hours and weekends utilizing company mobile telephone.
- Contributing to the development of strategic plans and preparation of tender documentation and other proposals for the future expansion of car parking operations.
- Contributing to the preparation of annual budgets for respective car parking operations.
- Provision of advice and support to managers and staff on all car parking operational matters.
- Directing operations to ensure that all planned targets are meet within agreed budgets and time frames.
- Manage the handling of all customer service inquires, complaints, incident reports and claims in an efficient and timely manner.
- Monitors adherence to all financial transaction policies and procedures (including cash handling, and monitoring of monthly parkers payment).
- Respond to and implement and monitor recommendations made by internal auditor.
- Prepare and submit concise and reliable monthly management reports in relation to revenue, expenses and staffing, highlighting:
- Analyze car park performance in terms of revenue and usage
- Implement, monitor and report on promotional campaigns developed:
- In conjunction with Carpark Supervisors / Lead Cashier and Lead Valet
- Coordinates with various departments for their needed supplies, assistance, reports for their respective car parks.
Customer Service:
- Manage the handling of all customer service inquires, complaints, incident reports and claims in an efficient and timely manner.
- Build and maintain good rapport to lessor, monthly parkers and potential clients.
Demonstrate leadership in Staff Management and Development by:
- Implementing and monitoring Company Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Promoting harmonious working relationships within the organization, and participating in the team briefing process, promoting stability and staff morale.
- Supervising and evaluating staff, including recruitment, performance management and issues resolution.
- Planning and implementing staff development initiatives including induction and on and off the job training.
- Demonstrate and promote a commitment to the principles of equal opportunity in the workplace.
- Orients their Carpark Supervisors / Site Officers/ Cashiers and Valet Drivers and operations personnel for all standard procedures, policy and safety precautions of the operations
- Attends monthly Operations meeting of their respective car parks to know the needs of the personnel.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any Business related Studies/Administration/Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- With at least 2 years extensive experience is required for this position
- Preferably Supervisor / 2 Yrs. & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing. Management or equivalent.
Skills
- Advance in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Well developed in written, verbal and interpersonal communication skill
- Strong in presentation skills.
