Project Manager  

Responsibilities:

• Willing to work on online/offline methodologies’ bids
• Understand the spec and timely reverts to the client
• Work with internal as well as external stakeholders on different requests
• Use internal resources (group offices) based on the needs of the project
• Set-up/execute/monitor & close the commissioned projects
• Proactive in communication & consultative in approach
• Maintain project files, including complete documentation and audit trail
• Abide by the QC protocols for each project
• Willing to attend system/tools/process specific trainings for different research methodologies to deliver high quality performance
• Maintain sustainable and trustworthy relations in the organization
• Communicate with clients (internal and/or external), in a client friendly manner, to ensure smooth project progression
• Show an understanding of project costing and budget
• Work within project budgets as far as possible
• Maintain all relevant paperwork in accordance with ISO 20252 and ensuring compliance with GDPR
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have 10+ years of work experience in Market Research
• Must have experience in handling quantitative and qualitative research studies
• Experience in online research studies is an advantage
• Strong analytical/problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask while working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented, flexible, and resourceful
• Good Excel & PowerPoint skills
• High level of written and spoken English
• Client Focused
• Team focused
