RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares estimates for bidding purposes
- Oversees project implementation
- Edits/prepares Auto-CAD plans
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations for site supervision.
- Prepares Project Status Reports (e.g. PERT-CPM, Bar Charts)
- Coordinates with management issues encountered on site
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Civil), or equivalent.
- Professional License (Board Passer/Professional License Exam) is a plus but not required.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skill(s): Material Estimates, MS Office, AutoCad (a plus but not required)
- Must be willing to work in Sampaloc, Manila and other areas of Luzon depending on the projects assigned.
