- Prepares budgetary estimates and cost breakdown of Projects
- Responsible for preparing cost estimates and detailed bill of quantities (BOQ)
- Conducts review and evaluation of project plans and specifications
- Seeks contractors and suppliers for price quotation/cost proposals Conducts bid / cost evaluation and provides recommendations for award
- Conducts cost analysis, billing evaluation and monitoring
- Prepares and updates Project Budget monitoring report
- Prepares and submits Project schedule and s-curve
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Atleast 3-5 years of experience in QS related works
- Proficient in AUTOCAD and MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Detail oriented and well organized
- Strong written and communications skills
- Full time position(s) available
